Thursday, March 24, 2011 in San Francisco Business Times, “Bay Area agencies set up $50M affordable housing fund,” announces the Bay Area Transit Oriented Affordable Housing Fund has been furnished for affordable housing developers to create about 1,100 to 3,800 units for spaces designed “priority development areas” for low income members of the community. The San Francisco Foundation has provided $500,000 to this cause through donor advised funding.
