Our Financials – 2007

The 2007 financial statements reflect the Foundation’s support of our community.

Contributions totaled over $105 million, 48% greater than in 2006. Grantmaking exceeded $88 million. Excellent investment earnings provided $146 million of income with the long-term and endowment pools returning over 19% for the year.

Total assets increased to over $1 billion as of June 30, 2007, versus $883 million a year earlier.

Our financial resources are an engine for empowerment and the building blocks of our philanthropy. Every dollar counts.
