What is a Person? Lecture with Jaron Lanier

Join us when Internet pioneer Jaron Lanier discusses the implications of new web technologies on education, community, and artistic expression in the 21st century.

Lanier, author and inventor of the term "virtual reality," has initiated or predicted dramatic developments in information technology. His lectures offer a preview of the future while at the same time, a critical look at our projected technological paths and their impacts on creativity and individuality.
