Dr. Joia Mukherjee has served as chief medical officer of Partners In Health since 2000. Dr. Mukherjee is an associate professor at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital, and consults for the World Health Organization on the treatment of HIV and MDR-TB in developing countries. Dr. Mukherjee has appeared on BBC, CNN, MSNBC, the CBS Evening News, NPR's On Point, and PRI's The World. Her work has been featured in USA Today, The Chronicle Of Philanthropy, O Magazine, and The Boston Globe. She is also a contributor to The Huffington Post.
