Please join us on Thursday, May 13th, at 11:00 a.m., for a site visit to Episcopal Community Services, a Safety Net Impact Fund grantee.

Due to our donors' generosity, the Safety Net Impact Fund granted more than $455,000 to 25 exemplary organizations to support the most vulnerable in the Bay Area in meeting their basic survival needs. Donor advised grants and endowment earnings grants totaled $5 million for safety net nonprofits in the past two years. The San Francisco Foundation continues to prioritize safety net support as our region struggles toward recovery.

Serving more than 6,000 people last year, Episcopal Community Services (ECS) helps homeless and very low-income people obtain the housing, jobs, shelter, and essential services they need to prevent and end homelessness. Please join Vanitha Venugopal, the Foundation’s program officer for Community Development, and Kenneth J. Reggio, ECS' executive director, for a tour of its family and single adult housing sites, senior community center, and hands-on kitchen training program.

To RSVP, contact Lisa Rose at 415.733.8534 or lmr@sff.org.
