Andy Ballard

Andy Ballard (Chair, Board of Trustees and Investment Committee) is the founder and managing partner of Figtree Partners, an investment firm focused on digital media. He is also a senior advisor to Hellman & Friedman, where he was previously a managing director. He is a director of Catalina Marketing and Internet Brands, and was previously a director of Activant Solutions, DoubleClick, Getty Images, and Vertafore. Prior to joining Hellman & Friedman in 2004, he was employed by Bain Capital in San Francisco and Boston. He graduated from Harvard College and earned an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Appointed in 2008.
